Check the card type, last 4 digits and expiry of the card the charge is on. If you paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay, use the last 4 digits your wallet shows for that card, which can differ from the ones printed on it. The lookup goes back 12 months, so an older charge won't appear. Still nothing, or an older charge? Email [email protected] with the date and amount from your statement.
Refunds come from the store you bought from, not from us. Look up the charge, then press Contact store next to the payment to open that store's website, contact its support, and give them the payment number from your result.
